PF Grand Gothik Font Family
PF Grand Gothik Font Family is a postmodern, multiscript, multifaceted, and variable type system that pays homage to the evolution of grotesque (gothic) typefaces. Inspired by late 19th and early 20th-century European and American grotesques, it traces the genre through movie theater marquees, new wave cinematography, and American highway signage, blending historical references with contemporary design. Originally created in 2017 as a bespoke typeface for a bilingual magazine, it was later reimagined and released commercially. The family features three stylistic alternates, each reflecting a different era and style, and supports Latin, Greek, and Cyrillic scripts. With a wide range of weights, widths, and italics, as well as an extended character set including symbols, icons, and emojis, PF Grand Gothik offers exceptional versatility for branding, editorial, web, and signage applications.
